Current results of our IDC Dynamic IT Benchmark 2010 survey show that CIOs in Asia are turning to crowdsourcing to solve problems that are difficult to unravel through the use of internal resources.

An interesting example is a company that leverages the cloud computing environment to host a crowdsourcing website. This purpose of this portal is to gain insights on product improvements from existing customers.
